Introduction: We are certified and able to appraise any residential property. We specialize in unusual and or unique real estate. We are also licensed brokers and educators. It is always a new experience. I love meeting the new people, friends, family and pets. Every property is different and a learning experience in some way. We have literally appraised thousands of houses and each one was memorable.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Hire an educated, experienced and licensed professional, to properly handle your transaction with the competence you expect. Particular attention should be placed on familiarity with the area. NEVER believe that an appraiser hours away can do your property cheaper and quicker. Pay the fee directly or look for it on the settlement statement. It is not a rare occurrence for a mortgage company or broker to charge a high fee to the customer (up front) and pay a low fee to the appraiser after shopping around, which is what usually results in an appraiser out of the area claiming he/she can do it in one day for 200 dollars or so they say.
