I hired Gray’s Cleaning Solution to clean my parent’s house. Not only were they on time but they did an excellent job. This is particularly significant because my parents were concerned about having someone do their cleaning especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only did they do an excellent job but my mother could not stop raving. Thank you. We will be calling again!

Gray's cleaning was extremely professional and responsive when scheduling my commercial cleaning services for my business. The owner was professional and provided a quote that was affordable. When they came and completed the services they were fast. I will be hiring them again.

They need to actually do what the deep cleaning list says they will do!!! Gray's barely did a basic clean which was still terrible. I caught them in several lies, that I didn't mention to them. Absolutely the worst cleaning I've ever had. It's only 2 men, yet I was told they have women. I asked for a partial refund but Gray's said no, they would send the same guy out who does NOT know how to clean!!! For example he did NOT even clean the kitchen sink at all! The supposed 5 star rating is a joke, but I'm not laughing!

We feel our prices are very competitive for our special expertise. We do offer first time and re-occurring client discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple. Contact us via phone, thumbtack, or our website. We can provide a estimate over the phone or through messaging. We will them send a official quote via email and if accepted we would schedule the service. It’s usually pretty quick.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We completed a deep cleaning move out for two 1200 sq apartments which took us 3.5 hours for both.
