First, let me say that my experience with Coblentz Construction & Concrete has been entirely first rate and I will definitely put him at the top of my list for future projects. This particular project, a repair/redesign/rehabilitation project for my small dog boarding and training kennel, involved repairing some concrete dog runs and installing some new chain link panels. Sounds simple but it did involve some unforeseen issues. Steve Coblentz stuck with me, was creative and insightful in solving the problems, and flexible in delaying the start by several weeks due to problems with my materials supplier. Neither of us expected to be racing to get done before winter storm Helen struck. (The day we first met to discuss an estimate was a balmy 70 degree day in October.) Despite the delays and additional work added to the original estimate, Steve's pricing adjustments were more than fair. In short, Coblentz Construction & Concrete gets my unqualified recommendation.
