FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing covers sheet music, instrument maintenace, and the time we spend during lessons. For Performance it covers travel, equipment, band members(if applicable), and amount if time for total event(setup, event, breakdown)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a skill assessment. This includea their potential to learn new material and concepts. After that, we hut the fundamentals hard or brush over them if the student is at an intermediate or advanced level and go from there with a deep dive into different genres of music and different techniques that master musicians use. For Performance i tend to do an audition on the spot if video content is not sufficient for them in person or on a video call and have questions ready to ask them. I've found that prospective clients can be a tad shy when expressing what they're looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
