We had several changes in plans and we communicated thru emails which allowed us to make the right choice for gate .. very patient as we took a few weeks to figure things out. Once we had the material and the weather cooperated, the project was done and it looks great!! Thanks for your patience!!

I had attempted to hire 5 different businesses, and no one wanted to touch the job. Responded back to me the next day after searching on Thumbtack. Sent Mr Martin to do a job inspection and estimate a week or so later. It is a small company with a lot of business, so prepare a little lead time. Work was completed in the time estimated, with no surprises. Very pleased.

They were on time for all appointments which should be the standard but definitely isn’t. They were able to start early and finished on time. Invoicing was simple. I got everything I asked for. What more can I ask for.

Great, responsive, small business! When a couple other businesses wouldn't relocate our current gate while adding some additional fence to it, we were happy when Family Affairs Fences said they could do it for quite a bit less than it would have been to have a completely new gate/fence put in from the other people we talked to. If we ever have to get our whole backyard fence replaced I'll definitely be reaching back out.
