We were impressed with this company for many reasons. They are very easy to work with, professional, meticulous, and focused. We are so happy with the deck that that they built to replace our old deck. It was very well built to code and looks great! Loved working with Family Affair Fences and Landscaping. They recently installed a vinyl fence for me and did an amazing job from start to finish. What I liked most was how professional and reliable they were. They showed up when they said they would, walked me through the whole process, and made sure I was comfortable with every step.The quality of the workmanship is excellent — the fence is straight, sturdy, and looks even better than I imagined. They paid attention to the details and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done. Communication was great too. Any questions I had were answered clearly and quickly, and they were friendly and respectful the entire time. They did an amazing job repairing my gate after a tree branch fell and completely ripped the hinges out of the post. Even though it was a smaller job and their schedule was packed, Tavon still made time to squeeze me in, communicated clearly throughout the process, and got it done quickly and professionally. My gate looks and works better than before! I really appreciated his follow-through and work ethic. I highly recommend Family Affair for any fence repair big or small!

We had several changes in plans and we communicated thru emails which allowed us to make the right choice for gate .. very patient as we took a few weeks to figure things out. Once we had the material and the weather cooperated, the project was done and it looks great!! Thanks for your patience!!
