- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer subscription based services discounts and a referral system discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All jobs are bid in person. The price that we bid will never go up for the current job, unless additional services are requested. The office manager, Candice, handles the scheduling of appointments and bids. Bids are typically fit in within a day or two, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years experience with window washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and pressure washing services.
