My company hired Commercial and Residential Maintenance to aid with supplying plywood to lay down for a dumpster that was being delivered to a Footlocker. The owner, David went above and beyond. After purchasing the plywood, he called and texted photos to let me know that he felt safer bringing the plywood home and delivering at 6am in the morning, so it would not be stolen over night. He then went back at 6am to drop it off as promised and again later in the morning to verify that the dumpster arrived and the plywood was being used properly. He sent photos, had great communication and had incredibly fair pricing.
I told the owner about how awesome he was, and our firm has decided to keep him around! A few days later, we hired him for another project because he is that reliable, professional, friendly and does great work. He cares about not only getting the job done on time, but making sure it is done correctly.
