As an out of state landlord this process was quick and easy. He was out the next day to fix the garbage disposal and in and out within 30 mins! Will be using again if I have any needs! I am updating this review as I have now used Alan on 3 separate occasions. Again, puncutal, responsive and goes above and beyond to trouble shoot and work on whatever your need is. He has fixed a ceiling fan, a microwave, screen door, bathroom exhaust, deck...and the list goes on! Thank you- If I could select all the choices for the three items above I would!
