Came out the first time without the right tool. The second time still couldn't get the screws off. Still needs to come back with replacement screws.

Upon making an appointment with Mike's Maintenance Mechanical Services, Mike told me his service charge was $150. I asked him why did they site say $75. He replied due to the economy. In which I understand, but informed him that was false advertising. From this point, he seemingly got upset and canceled my appointment. I just don't understand how you can double the service charge, and it's not reflected on the site, especially if prices have been the same since 2020.

Can’t say enough about mikes services. He not only displayed a vast amount of knowledge to me about plumbing but also offered multiple solutions for a really interesting project. At first we had to reschedule and he was more than accommodating as well . Just an overall good person , trustworthy and very reliable. Will hire again.

Mike was able to respond quickly to my request and get the job done. He was courteous and professional. He had some neat tools to help identify potential hazards inside the walls to avoid accidental damage to himself and to the house. He clearly emphasized safety and was methodological in his actions. I’m very happy with the end result. Also very happy that he worked with me to accommodate my schedule.
