Did such an awesome job. Was on time and cleaned thoroughly, uses her own products and they smell AWESOME. Also super personable, we chatted almost the entire time. Definitely can’t wait to have her back!

I’m very saddened to write this as I always try to support small self owned businesses but I am just so floored. It has been two times now that I have hired her for cleanings and both times were no-shows without any word. The first time I hired her and she canceled the day before and explain the situation and I completely understood and was hopeful for rescheduling again when she got better. The only way I even found out about it was by contacting her to confirm our appointment for the next day. The second time I just feel at this point is completely unprofessional and I’m sure she does great work but I wouldn’t know because she never shows up. And even if there was another emergency she never gave me a heads up or even contacted me to cancel. so I sat waiting for her to show up and she never did. I am so upset because I could have hired someone else I waited a whole week and scheduled it in advance just to make sure I had a slot for Saturday and she still was a no-show. very disappointed. I wish I could have had the opportunity to see her skills since her reviews were so highly recommended but unfortunately I never got the opportunity because of the lack of professionalism.
