Staff was friendly... but the work was poor. I am far from picky but the dirt and grime that was left behind was unbelievable. I requested the young lady clean the bathroom three times because she would not didn’t move shampoo and conditioner all they did was wipe around areas. I Have a small laundry room and cleaning it was part of the agreement, the young lady wiped the front of the washer and dry and didn’t sweep or mop Out the laundry room. When I asked her if she was complete she told me yes, I looked on top of the washer and dryer and it was covered with dust and particles. At one point I had to take the broom and sweep out the laundry room as they stood there and watched me, it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. As we walked around the house we noticed the in-law suite bathroom had not been swept or wiped and water spot remained on the facet and counter. When it was 3 pm they got irritated like I was stopping them from leaving when the work that was agreed upon was not even 60 percent complete. I had to hire another company the very next day and the personnel stated that the house looked like it hadn’t been touched. I was very disappointed and I felt that ripped off from the entire experience. I will not be hiring these people again and for reference I am not overly picky nor am I the type to leave bad reviews considering people need these reviews in order for their business to survive. However the way they cleaned my home was beyond unprofessional and I don’t think it would be right to have someone else experience this level of unprofessionalism. I hope they turn their business around because they were far from their best.
