Absolutely THE BEST professionals that I’ve worked in since moving to Hampton Roads 5 years ago. I will use them exclusively for as much as possible. The responsiveness (during the holidays) was an unexpected treat. I found A1 because the #1 rated company on Thumbtack took over 10 days to respond. A1 responded and visited for a consultation within 24 hours. They arrived at my house and completed two days of work in one day. It was 38 degrees outside and they worked diligently. I’m celebrating the New Year with a fabulous new fence. The cost is comparable to most other estimates, but the service, professionalism, craftsmanship, and quality is top-notch. I had a very good experience with this small job. My deck guy pulled down a downspout and never put it back up after a deck repair. A1 came by, gave me a quote, and came backout within the week to get the job done. It was fast, affordable and the gentleman who did the quote and work were both very professional and polite. We had a leak during a heavy rain storm. Jose came out that afternoon and discovered what the problem was. He allowed the roof to dry out before he repaired it. He was prompt and thorough. We are so pleased with him work.
