I cannot adequately put into words just how wonderful this company is. My roof was damaged during the strong Summer storms we had recently, and it was raining in my sunroom. After dealing with the loss of my father last month, and constant financial setbacks, I truly believed there was no hope. But after speaking with Antonio and explaining my situation, he graciously agreed to help me for far less money than the job should have cost. His team came today, and discovered the problem was worse than they expected, with rotten wood and detached flashing. And by the grace of God, they took my situation into account and went above and beyond to complete the repairs for no additional cost. This company just gained a customer for life. Jose, Alejandro, and crew were some of the most professional individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They got me a free estimate within an hour of me contacting them and were on time the day of the scheduled project. Price was very reasonable, especially compared to some other quotes that I got and quality of work is top notch. For a two-man work crew, they were incredibly efficient in how they handled the project. One gentleman continued working on site while the other went to pick up supplies. Communication via Thumbtack was prompt and concise. There was extra attention paid to cleanup, and I didn’t have to make any special requests to get the job done properly which I really appreciate and is a testament to their amazing workmanship. Left everything exactly as it was before they arrived, which made it easy for me to pick up where I left off on my decking project before I discovered the rotten rim joist. My wife doesn’t typically care much about household construction projects and repairs but she even complimented the end results and was grateful that I hired these guys to do the repairs. They did a great job! My house was built in the 30’s, so small projects typically turn into larger ones. Originally, I contacted them to repair my front steps. As they got started they found quite a bit of damage and we needed to replace most of it. It looks better than when we bought it!
