- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three standard packages that range from. $16.95 per person to $40.00 per person. All packages can be customized with substiutiins and reduction of menu items or services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to get a feel of what the client is looking for and how we can best meet their needs. We also do venue visits so that we are able to get the full client vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are professionally trained chefs, bartenders and servers. I personally have degrees in Culinary Arts, Business Management and Accounting.
