Ace Appliance answered our request right away and was available immediately. Other companies we called were unable to Help us with our oven repair. The gentleman ordered the part and repaired our appliance as soon as the part came in. We were very happy with his responsiveness and the repair. Very respectful and great pricing.

Sam was excellent and professional. When replacing the ice maker didn’t solve the problem Sam came back and discovered 2 wires in the bottom of the freezer door had been cut by the door opening and closing. Sam made the repairs and ice machine is now working.
