Primetech serviceman arrived as scheduled. He was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the issues with my machine and unfortunately this washer’s issues are greater than repair; Ulfat was honest with me about costs and recommended buying a new machine would be more cost effective. I really appreciate service people who tell you the whole story vs just trying to get money out of you. I will give Primetech 5 stars and would definitely hire them again.

Wonderful experience using PrimeTech! Our dishwasher broke and Ulfat responded immediately and was able to come out the same day and diagnose and fix the problem! He was very professional, explained the issue in detail, and even fixed electrical work that was previously installed and was not safe! I would absolutely recommend PrimeTech and will use them again for any future issues!
