I have an excellent knowledge of international cuisine, and I am highly organized and efficient. I have detailed knowledge and hands-on experience. I am also a self-motivated and dedicated person, leading my team by example. I have been creating loyalty and enthusiasm, with the ability to train, manage and motivate multinational teams and enjoying to live the challenges and bring out the best from the team.
