1hr minimum; then 15 min increments Hardware, materials and supplies billed separately
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to obtain as much information as possible to get an accurate and precise understanding of the task or project at hand. Also, I like to ask questions about the job to help me understand what will it entail and clarify any doubts I might have. Once I fully understand the requirements and most importantly, the customer's expectations, I proceed to make an appointment and confirm other details moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mostly self-taught with a strong background in math and physics, which are essential to analyze, understand and solve everyday problems. I've learned a lot from experience and over time I have come to refine and perfect different techniques and tactics to tackle the most challenging jobs.
