From beginning to end, they transformed what could have been a chaotic situation into a smooth and effortless relocation on a snow day. The team was punctual, professional, and remarkably efficient. They showed up on schedule and treated all of our items with the highest level of care, making sure everything was securely packed and transported without any damage. They were personable, communicated effectively throughout the entire process, and exceeded our expectations by placing everything exactly where we wanted it in our new residence. Their rates were very reasonable. I was genuinely amazed by how quickly they completed the move without sacrificing quality, making them a dependable, professional moving company that truly values your possessions to include my treadmill and stationary bike in my 1 bedroom move. Dennis and his co-worker were awesome. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient. Our staircase was too narrow to take mattress box, so they pulled it up from the balcony. I hired them a second time to pick up furniture from store and assemble. Once again, they arrived on time and completed the task. A big thank you to them!

I've never hired movers before. I went in, honestly terrified. you hear horror stories of getting ripped off, the movers stealing things, etc. I never had one worry when My Movers showed up. The move was done in less time than originally quoted, the price given to me at the beginning was accurate when they finished, no hidden fees, no gimmicks. If you're apprehensive about hiring movers because of a past experience, or because you have a unique situation for your move, I can honestly say you will not find a better team than My Movers. We moved from a 4th floor walk up to a first floor in the same complex, and everyone else quoted me for trucks, stair fees, walking fees, etc. My Movers was up front about their one time fee of $150 for materials, transportation, etc. and their hourly rate of $60 per hour for two guys. no hidden fees. nothing. I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of work the guys did as well. not an easy move to move all of our furniture and boxes down four flights of stairs but they did it seamlessly and not one thing was broken or scratched.
