Introduction: Carmen has been a Registered Dietitian for 15 years and working in Outpatient Metabolism, Weight Management and Diabetes practice as a Certified Diabetes Educator in advanced practice for the past 8 years. She also holds a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She attended her first year undergrad at the University of Arizona and graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University. She works with people to make behavior and lifestyle changes that make a huge impact on their overall health for long term results. She will listen to you to best assess all of your medical issues and together develop a nutrition care plan that is just for you and your needs. She will meet with you regularly for accountability as this is a results-driven private practice. She will help ensure you succeed!!
