- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our one on one training is more exclusive in a private state of the art facility and is priced a bit more than our small group training. Partner training is our most widely purchased program at this time. Our boot camps are another popular option within our facility. Beginner-Advanced group pricing from $19/session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, we start off with a complimentary fitness evaluation that goes into health histories and then we evaluate your current fitness level to see what program would best fit you. We run a series of muscle tests and determine your arm/leg lengths to determine whether or not there are some discrepancies to fully customize a program to you!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I train, most importantly educate my client/athlete the critical components to technique, intensity, and nutrition that are VITAL in a training session. Sessions are typically 30-60 min in duration- I stress Quality over Quantity. My typical client ranges from an average male/female looking to lose weight, feel and look their best to the Pro/Div 1 athlete contender looking to take their game to the NEXT LEVEL
