I have a flat roof that tied into a shingle giving me problems where I would notice yellow stains appearing in my roof ceiling. I didn’t think much of it till I started to see ALOT more of these stains. I thought I had a roof leak so I called a few different roofing companies. They’ve all said I had leaks around my pipes and they’ve needed new flashings. I called amazing roofing and they said they could come out the same day and take a look at it. He went inside and seen what was going on and went up to the roof. Apparently I had a condensation issue with my roof. He told me “whenever it’s hot outside and I had the AC running there was no ventilation for the hot air to escape and that’s how I started to get stains in my ceiling.” At first I wasn’t fully understanding what he was telling me. But after he showed me previous roofs he worked on that had a similar issue I believed him. He was the first roofer that has said anything about condensation and I’m glad I went with this company because if I would’ve went with one of the other ones. I would’ve still had the same issue.

This roofing company knows how to treat their customers!!!!! My roof was new (since I had my house build from the ground up). It was raining bad and very windy last Saturday night and I heard a loud thud outside. I didn’t think much of it until I started to see some water coming through my bathroom. There was a tree limb that landed on my roof and damaged it. I needed a emergency repair I called a couple companies but none could get out to me soon enough. I called this roofing company and they were very polite and professional. They took the tree limb out from my roof where it was stuck in the roof decking, replaced it with new wood, and shingles and made it look like it never did happen. The price was very reasonable and I’m going to use this company for any of my future problems that lye ahead.

I’ve called this company out to my home 1 year ago to take a look at a roof problem I’ve been having for quite some. The young gentleman that came out told me that I had an older shingle roof that needed to be replaced, but I wasn’t financially ready to make the commitment on a new roof install. He said if you like I can give you 2 free estimates. One for a new roof and the other just for a roof repair. I agreed to go ahead with the roof repair, then he went ahead and fixed the problem for me. For the next 10 months I’ve haven’t had an issue since! So I called the company back and asked if they would be willing to still do the new roof for the same price? He said yes and they’ve deducted $475.00 from the new roof price because I agreed to do the roof repair before in the past and he told me that will go to the new roof. I am very pleased with my new roof install and I’ve had my neighbors give me compliments on my home saying “my house looks completely different.” They’ve made sure to clean up after themselves and the owner was very easy to work with on my schedule (not the other way around). Which was very important for me since I work from home and have online meetings. I definitely recommend this company for any roof or gutter needs!!!

I’ve called a few different companies to come take a look at my gutter issue, but everyone was saying that I would have to wait for two weeks before I can get an estimate. I found this company on Google I called them up and i got in contact with the owner Nelson Kelbie. I told him I had a very busy schedule and I couldn’t be able to come to the house he said, “that’s fine you don’t have to be home, I can just go ahead take pictures of the roof, and send you a free estimate to your email.” I let them go ahead and give me the free estimate and he gave me one option just to fix the gutter or to replace it with the whole New Gutter system. We done the repair and I am pleased to say that I am a happy homeowner that don’t have a waterfall going to my backyard anymore. He sent his technicians out to come take care of the problem real quick, they weren’t sloppy, they kept me in the knowing on when the work would begin, and sent me pictures of the job being done and finished. Definitely a company you can trust.

We give fair and honest prices for any type of roof or gutter project that is needed. We also offer military and senior discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually get their name, email, and address of the property. Go out, take a look at the problem, take pictures, and if I’m able to. I give the customer more than one estimate on either replacing or repairing any roof or gutter issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully licensed in 3 states VA,MD, and PA. I’ve grower up in knowing all types of flat and pitch roofs. Also I am certified by the home manufacturer GAF to give 50 year warranties on labor and materials for new roofs.
