"rip off contractor"
I hired s.w.sweat to do a bathroom remodel. i was quoted a price and signed the contract. he was to have the job completed in three weeks, after a month went by with job not completed he tells me i owe extra for labor ect. i payed him the amount on the contract, and he demanded i pay the final payment and the job was not even halfway completed. i had a plumber come take a look at the work he did, the plumber said all of the plumbing was in backwards, one pipe in my ceiling was hanging down so low that the sheet rock could not be hung right so they nailed wooden shims under the sheet rock on the ceiling in order to clear the pipe and my ceiling was slanted on one side, the tile on the wall in the bathroom was very crooked and uneven, he was supposed to put tile on the floor but instead put linoleum tiles. i told him to stop after i found out about the plumbing. he was messing so much up if i let him continue it was just going to cost even more money to get it fixed.

Do not work for this guy this guy is a rip off He doesn't pay his employees do not hire this contractor because he doesnt do the work he promise he will take your money and

Scum of the earth... loser. PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE HIS LOW BIDS! They are how he reels in his next victim. He has horrible reviews all over the web for a reason. He needs to move out of the tri cities area and get another life. He has made many enemies here w/ his lies. He doesn't pay his employees and most of all...HE DOESN'T DO GOOD WORK. VERY REDNEK STUFF. You could do better by doing it yourself. Class A LOSER... that is shawn sweat. That is what will be on his tombstone. LOSER. Karma will get him.

Shoddy contractor at best! Asks for money even after you give half down, work you get is not worth your money. Does not stand behind his work, will not come back if told there is still a problem. Don't use this company!
