My Interior Design firm has often required the services of an architect to accomplish our clients goals. Stephen Dunakoskie became our go to firm several years ago because of the quality and professionalism he contributed to our projects. He is honest and dependable, detailed and thorough, creative and talented. He always goes the extra mile to perform in the best interest of our clients. I would highly recommend him for any size projects you may be ready to successfully achieve.May 31, 2014
Architect Steve Dunakoskie has been of invaluable help to me since 2003. Steve has been involved in my real estate properties in planning, designing and on the job construction. Steve is the most knowelable person I know when it comes to architecture. I was impressed again with Steve after a recent large remolding job of a warehouse in Austin, Texas resulted in the labor making a measuring mistake. Steve took a hands on approach, arrived in work clothes and fixed it himself with a creative solution. The finished remolding job looked fantastic, was on time and on budget.May 30, 2014
Stephen did an exceptional job in visualizing and rendering a new facade to a 1960's style rambling ranch. The revision to the roof height and stone and brick work front proposed has radically enhanced the value and appearance of my No. Virginia home. He also designed a very functional 400 sq ft porch, tucked neatly at the end of the house abutting an out building completing the appearance of the house. Steve is very exacting and detail oriented. His conceptual abilities are complemented by his technical skills with current state of the art CAD software, enabling him to quickly change design concepts. His ability to offer conceptual drawings and estimates definitely hit the mark. I knew what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I would certainly use him again for other design and construction projects. I was overwhelmed by the creativity and alternatives offered, each with adjusted estimates. Selection of best offering based on time and cost was difficult because they all were inspiring but with some discussion a successful design was selected and implemented. I couldn't be more pleased.May 30, 2014
Provided building code compliance report for condominium conversion project. Only problem was that he spends about half his time on the east coast so getting things accomplished took longer than normal due to scheduling issues, but work was through and professional.Nov 18, 2016Verified
