Mr. Carkin catered a Mexican themed meal for a Cinco De Mayo event. The dishes were extremely well thought out and executed, blowing away all of the attendees. The food made the event a great experience.

We recommend Robert for your next party or get together. He came very well prepared, with all supplies (raw ingredients, pots and pans, knifes etc) and serving utensils. He spent time pre cooking hot items that he could precook. He was on time, professional, engaging with our guests. The food was delicious. All our guests were pleased with his service. Our serving table was never empty. Robert kept pace with out party; made sure it was well supplied. Before he left for the day; he cleaned counter and cooking surfaces. We will definitely hire him again

I highly recommend personnel chef services by Robert Carkin. I am short on time and I have restrictive dietary needs that left me bored with eating the same foods all the time. Robert formulated a variety of delicious, creative menu items for my week, so I didn't have to eat the same thing every day. Robert is a fantastic chef and as an added bonus, I'm learning new techniques from him to save me time when prepping meals on my own. Also - he is very accomodating of my likes/dislikes and his services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Robert to others in need of similar culinary services.

Robert was great! The man can make tasty food! Robert prepared a brunch to help our family celebrate my wife's birthday. His chicken and waffles were outstanding as were his special scones (particularly the chocolate/cherry ones) and his omlettes.
