I have known Josh for a while but, that does not take away from the review I am giving. I used to use Echoshield and after a while noticing the job they did and the amount we were spending for them to clean the outside area of our house didn’t add up. I canceled echoshield and figured pest control was a scam, I saw Josh post he did pest control,critters,bugs etc. so I asked him if he did the area spray around the house and he said yes. I asked the price and wow it was about half what we were paying for echoshield when they did it for our townhome. Josh came by the next weekend and did the entire outside of the house with spray, cleaned the spider webs build up around the house windows and on the deck and patio. 2 weeks or so later there was a ant problem in the house, I asked Josh about it and he said I can come by and spray, I asked how much would that be and he responded with no charge it comes with your annual pay. Josh came by and sprayed inside this time and outside where we had found a hole. Eventually the ants were still coming in and we found that it was actually a crack in our hardwood floor where they were coming up through.
So my review is not only is Josh trust worthy, loyal to his customers, a hard worker but he is also affordable and even though might be a small business he will be better than what you pay those big names like echoshield and pest control etc. I highly recommend Josh and his business for your pest needs, you will not be disappointed.

We had a mice infestation at our house in our garage and attic. Joshua was very patient and helpful. He took his time to inspect the attic and garage as well as around the house for possible entry points. Placed traps and bait stations as well and checked the traps in follow up visits. Very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Joshua as he is an expert in his field and can treat any of your pest and wildlife problems!

Joshua Mallory was referred to me by a realtor and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself on responsiveness, and effectiveness regarding services. I set to exceed expectations while providing a pricing that remains just as competitive as the next professional. All pricing includes labor, travel/fuel, and materials considered, so you never have to worry of any hidden fees. I also offer discounts to our military, first responders, educators, and senior citizens!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I inspect the area of concern and listen to the customer thoroughly to fully understand the issue at hand. Next, I provide a plan of action to resolve or at least manage the issue. Some treatment may require follow ups to ensure effectiveness of the treatments. But follow ups are recommended on a case to case basis. With all services, I warranty retreatments if needed, free of charge including transportation!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the pest industry since 2009 where I became registered to apply pesticides by the state of Virginia. I furthered my education and became certified in general pest in 2013 and again later in WDIs (wood destroying insects) in 2016. During this time, and currently I have also trapped and removed wildlife such as raccoons, squirrels, skunks, opossum, bats, and birds.
