- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Miller Integrity offers three main services. 1. Design: We offer three types of design services that can be modified to your needs. 2. Custom: We offer a unique opportunity to build a custom built in, bar or other items that your looking to have done in your home. 3. Construction Services: This work includes remodeling and home addition services. We give free budgetary pricing for this type of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will answer your call, email, or message within two business days. Once we assess your question, we will let you know if we can do the job for you. Next, we will schedule you for a take-off, if necessary, at your convenience. We will then send you a bid, and then you can confirm or change it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner and Operator Christopher Miller has over a decade of experience working in construction. Christopher graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Construction Management from John Brown University in 2004, where he built homes through Habitat of Humanity. After graduation, he worked both in the field as an installer for a paneling & drywall company and as a construction manager in the same company. Christopher is OSHA 30 certified and safety training is a priority.
