- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer highly competitive pricing. We are a local family and know how difficult it is to pay the bills as it is, much less when an unscheduled issue arises. We always offer the best pricing we can!(:
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial inquiry, we will reach out to discuss the project with the customer. We will then schedule an in-person meeting and inspection of the work requested. A quote will be provided for the work, and a contract signed!(:
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through GAF for new roof installs. I have had many different training courses over the years, including: Safety, CPR/AED/First Aid, OSHA Fall Protection, United States Army Core of Engineers Quality Control Manager training, and countless others.
