Hi there, thank you for stopping by. My name is Von Marie. I am a lover of breath, movement and people. tranquil.yoga was born out of my love for calm, wellness, movement and of course, tranquility. Spending the last two years immersing myself in yoga, strength training, mobility training and mindfulness has transformed my life, my body and practice. Whether you are new to yoga, mobility and meditation or simply would like to expand your practice, I would love to be a part of your journey. Teaching yoga has allowed me to help my community deepen the connection to their bodies and expand their yoga practice through implementing breathwork (pranayama), understanding of poses (asanas), anatomy and much more.
