Matthew, the owner, was very professional and respectful of our home. Upon arrival he was wearing a mask and put booties on over his shoes as to not track in dirt. He took his time identifying the problem with our dryer and let us know exactly what parts needed to be fixed. We had the same parts serviced by another company just a few months before, so that company is coming back to "make it right". However, if that hadn't been the case we would have had Matthew do the replacement without hesitation. We could highly recommend him and Lucky Fix.

I would recommend Lucky Fix to EVERYONE!!! He showed up on time, evaluated the situation, and found the problem in no time. Gave me options on whether to fix it or repair it. The prices to fix it were very reasonable. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I was impressed with the communication and questions Matthew asked before coming so he readily diagnosed the problem with our dryer and did the repair on the spot. He is a very considerate and knowledgeable young man who aims to please his customers. We very much recommend his services.

Having Mathew in my home to service my appliances was a pleasure. I beleive he is the most attentative and informative service person I have ever had. He worked on three of my major appliances and refused to leave until each was finished to my satisfaction. I have already referred him to other family and friends and highly recommend him to anyone needing any sort of appliance maintenance. Easily a 5 star service.
