Very good workmanship. You will not have to worry about him showing up or responding to your call unlike other contractors. Not only will he let you know the cost upfront but will also care about what you want and will go out of his way to get your input for the job. Will definitely use him again.

Logan and Tim were very good. My only issue was their communication with me on keeping me abreast of when they would be arriving. I was told they would arrive late morning. At noon I got in touch with Logan and was told they would be here in an hour to an hour and a half. They arrived at 3pm. It could have been a bad day but apologies would have gone far.

You were unable to complete the job of properly stretching the rug in front of the sofa, which was already wrinkled. Instead, you removed my furniture from behind the sofa, which created additional wrinkles and further damage. My rug now has additional wrinkles throughout that were not present before the work was done. You also did not return to reposition the cabinet onto the rug, even though you were responsible for moving it in the first place. As a result, I now have to hire a professional to correct the issues and redo the work, which has created more cost, stress, and wasted time. I repeatedly waited for you, as you promised daily that you would return to help with the furniture, but each time you ended the day with an excuse that you forgot. This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflects a lack of seriousness toward my time and work.

We had an awesome experience getting a variety of projects done all within a day! We added crown moulding in bedroom, shelving and cabinets added to laundry room and three illuminated mirrors in two bathrooms! Logans talent is diverse! He is direct, a good communicator and a good listener. If you want a pro you have found that in him! We hope to have him back to work on other upgrades in our kitchen soon!
