- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
THE PROCESS: Initial Meeting - Our landscape designer will discuss yourproject scope and budget with you to determine if yourproject requires a design. We will also provide you with a landscape design questionnaire to help with the process. Design - If your project requires a design, we will provide you with a landscape design agreement form and the fee for the design. Installation Proposal - After the final design has been agreed upon, you will be provided with a detailed description of work to be completed along with an itemized list of materials for you to review and approve. Installation - Once we have received your signed proposal along with full deposit for work to be completed you will receive your installation date, any necessary permits will be obtained and your materials will be ordered. Once we have completed the project we will conduct a final walk through with you. During this time you will be presented with a copy of your design, installation contract, care guidelines and warranty information. Maintenance - We provide landscape maintenance for your convenience. Since we know your project from start to finish we would like to keep it beautifully maintained for years to come. We provide mulching, bed maintenance, and pruning to name several. In addition, we also offer seasonal flower rotation, outdoor lighting, landscape enhancements and snow removal.
