Introduction: We provide transportation to the community and surrounding areas. Our bus is custom made and seats 32 passengers , with televisions, leather interior and hardwood floors. We travel pretty much anywhere and would love to serve you. Our drivers are all CDL certified and have clean driving records.

I would recommend staying far away from Terrence of Touch of Class Luxury Tours. I booked him for my wedding, when he agreed to drive guests to and from our venue. I had confirmed times with him both via text message and in person, and he was supposed to drive until 2 am. At 11 pm, he stated that he could not drive anymore because he could not drive more than 10 hours. He refused to complete the job that we had agreed to, and would not refund any of our money, despite only providing a partial service. I later looked up this rule on the DOT website, and it refers to actual driving time, which didn't apply to our situation. When I contacted Terrence to request a partial refund, he threatened to sue me if I left him a negative review. Ironically, I am leaving this review at his request. Though I will never forget him, since he was the reason my wedding was cut short resulting in money wasted on late night snacks and alcohol, it seems as though he has forgotten me. Terrence, I would still greatly appreciate that partial refund.

Maam, I am so sorry you feel this way, but my company provided you with the service you requested. However you did not request for me to make multiple trips of 2 to 3 people each time on a bus that seats 32 passengers. That was extra fuel being wasted. I also asked if we could at least have 10 to 15 people on the bus before we made these trips. You did not state in your contract I would be doing that part. I went through training and I was definitely following the DOT Regulations. I offered you some of your refund and you began to become irate and hostile. Maam you have not been forgotten, but the partial refund was refused from you in person that evening which is why you did not receive one. At Touch of Class Luxury Tours we do our job professionally but will not tolerate abuse of the driver or the vehicle. Thank you.

We were greatly impressed with Touch of Class Luxury Tours. They drove our wedding party to the church and then to the reception in Lynchburg, VA. They were very professional, their driver was on time, the shuttle was very nice and we were extremely pleased with how it all went.

Our trip to Kings Dominion Amusement Park was a huge success, due in part to Touch of Class Luxury Tours. We received top of the line service and the drivers were courteous, helpful and fun to work with. We would not hesitate to use them again and I have referred them to others who are seeking transportation for a smaller group.
