Susan is a first class caterer and events planner. She is very creative and high energy. I know personally that she is driven to please her customers whether their special occasion is large or small. Her menu selections are endless and delicious. You won't regret getting the best!

We hired Suzy to be our wedding planner. We had a wedding 6 months away and we were out of state. She has been amazing. I'd do it all over again in a heart beat.

Her food was very good and my guests enjoyed it very much. We did have some issues however that we were not pleased about. She had an assistant attend to our party, which I knew was going to happen beforehand however I did not know that this was the first time she would be handling a party by herself. She removed some of our decorations without asking us. I asked at the end of the party about the leftovers and she said that everything had been eaten. I told this to some of my guests and my family and they all said that they saw trays of meat and vegetables left. Susan did not offer my leftovers to me when I took some of her things back. I asked and got just one tray of meat. There had to be more since I contracted for 50 people and only 42 came. Several people did not eat. I had bought a tray of chicken over and above the brisket contracted for. So, I know there had to be more food but I did not want to cause a scene at my party. Susie called and asked what she could do to correct the situation about removing our decorations. I felt it was too late to correct any of this.
