Pedro was the only vendor that was willing to undertake the entire job--installation of LG wall ovens which required hard wiring, enlarging the cutout and hauling away the old ovens. I contracted him on Wednesday and he performed the installation on Friday at the time agreed upon. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. By contrast LG's "installers" delivered the ovens but refused to install them because they would not install appliances that required hard wiring and because they would have to enlarge the cutout.

Pedro saved the day when an appliance delivery crew couldn’t install my dishwasher and microwave. He was very responsive through thumbtack and he and his helper (I’m afraid I didn’t catch her name) were punctual, professional, and efficient. I had only contacted Pedro about the dishwasher because I wanted to get an in person estimate for the microwave. It was a bit complicated because of some tile in the way. He was able to install the microwave on the spot. They finished installing both appliances and hauled away the old ones in about an hour. I highly recommend Pedro and his team and would not hesitate to work with them again. Thank you Pedro!
