- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices always varies depending on the scope of work. You can’t generalize a price bcuz all homes are built different. Yet you can always have an idea by talking to the customers and their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I like to make them feel comfortable. I want this experience to be as smooth as possible for both of us .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been in the business for about 7 years and I would say first and foremost lots of experience and training came from years of working in my craft
