The repairman was professional, reliable and trustworthy. He diagnosed my Kitchenaid dishwasher as having a broken water pump within 10 minutes, and he actually had the replacement pump on hand. The entire repair took about an 60-90 minutes. They charged a $200 labor fee which I thought was quite reasonable, plus the cost of the pump at their rate. The dishwasher now works just fine, and electing to repair it saved me over $1300 vs. replacing it with the same model. My only critique is that he left a 10 inch scratch on my hardwood floors, however he was being careful and mistakes sometimes happen. I would recommend setting out mats to protect flooring. Still 5/5 stars...
