Ask about the products used and explain what their needs and expectations are. Make sure that pricing is given up front and there are no hidden costs at the time the service is provided, unless extra services are requested by the customer. Customer needs to feel comfortable to contact the office with any questions or concerns when the technician is about to or is already providing the service. Customer should always ask for references.
