- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is $115 per hour for handyman services. We offer a 100% lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. Which simply states that any repairs done by Marines Service Co. will be done correctly and to code at the time of service or we will fix it for free, no questions asked, as long as you own your home. All service work is also warrantied for two years, twice as long as our competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our process will be to get the customers email, address, and phone number to get them scheduled. We also converse about the work needed and our pricing to get the work completed. On the scheduled date of work, our technician will contact the customer 30 minutes before arriving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Marines Service Co. is a Licensed and Insured Home Service Company. We provide plumbing, electrical, renovations, and handyman services in Virginia.
