I had Michael from Quality Residential repair an issue with some fascia boards on my house that were damaged. He did an excellent job repairing the issue for a fair price. I would highly recommend this company for any home improvement work you might need!

We are delighted with our new kitchen and family room. Michael was able to deliver on everything and it is beautiful

They removed old floors and installed large porcelain tiles in the kitchen and LVP in our basement’s game room. Both turned out beautiful!

DO NOT HIRE. We booked work a month in advance and he came to inspect- when the work was about to start, a plumber came by and said everything he said originally was wrong (including some obvious basics like our oven doesn't have gas). We figured it was a miscommunication. We were wrong. He did some basic electric work of moving two outlets, both of which were done improperly AND SHOCKED MY HUSBAND when we went to use appliances in these outlets. He continually added more equipment (an extra 1.5k beyond our original estimate) because of his lack of planning, and took weeks longer because of this. Additionally, we had to beg him for any communication, and he would often show up with no warning and just walk into our house.
Could not be more frustrated with this slow, expensive, poorly planned, and poorly executed simple project. Had to hire an additional electrician and plumber to redo what we paid him for. Regretting every moment of this process.
Details: Change the form or function of a portion of a room or structure • Kitchen • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the next 6 months
