Trever was very responsive from my initial inquiry. He and his team described each step in power washing and re-staining my deck. They did an awesome job with everything: power washing, replacing 2 rotten deck boards and staining. It took 2 visits just as he described and always texted me when he was on his way. I would hire them again and highly recommend their services!

If I could have selected 5 stars in all 5 categories, I would have for these guys. We have never met but based on the responsiveness of the owner I knew without a doubt that his team would be the consummate professionals. We will be requesting them for future work for our other investment properties because I will tell you without a doubt as someone with experience in the industry, quality workmanship is too difficult to find these days and these guys take great pride in their work. Clearly a neighbor must have been watching because they too were impressed and have already reached out to hire them for fence and deck painting and repair. I read a recent negative review and had a pretty good idea as to what had happened in that case and I was correct because the owner replied right away and was empathetic to the customer, while taking ownership of the issue and offered to correct it as best he could, which is all you can ask for from someone. I can find numerous things to complain about in life but when it’s 90+ sweltering degrees outside with 90% humidity and you have workers who care you must be appreciative of Thumbtack’s platform and Mason Maintenance who showed up to do the work that no one wants to do anymore.

We called Mason and Maintenance and pro to do a stain on our deck. The service and work performed by Trevor and his team was exceptional, not to mention their honesty and professionalism. He not only had good communication regarding weather-related delays on our project, but he was upfront about the costs of the work and there were no hidden fees. Trevor and his team went above and beyond to finish the work on our deck within two-three days. Finally, the quality of the work was beautiful, we we are so pleased with the results and attention to details in staining the lattices on our deck. We chose a semi-transparent stain that doesn't cover all imperfections of the wood.
