Thisapp says choose only three qualities, but for Eliseo I can choose all five, punctuality and value are also applicable to Eliseo’s work. He is also polite and intelligent which are essential in handywork. I had him do small jobs essential to making my house look good on the market: he removed the old moldy caulk in my shower and put in new clean caulk and trimmed it to make it look clean and professional, he fixed a fasia on my deck where I had hung a bird feeder, plus a few other small jobs. I would hire Eliseo again and I highly recommend him.

We needed caulkin to be done on the external part of my house near the window on the second landing , as well as on the inside. Unbeknownst to us this was something that should’ve been done when the house was built. I found Mr. Eliseo via Thumbtack app referral. I put in three requests and he was the only one who asked to come by to assess the issue before giving me a price. We made an appointment and he was very punctual, courteous, professional & well-mannered. He even called/txt me when he was on his way. He assessed the work that needed to be done. He did the work promptly & tactfully. He needed to come bk to do the inside bcuz we needed to make sure the problem on the outside was secured. He came back, very punctual again and completed the inside and on top of it he painted around the area where the caulkin was done. I was so impressed with his work, and his price is very reasonable espe. compared to what others wanted to charge me before seeing the actual problem. I even hired him to come bk to repair & paint my porch. I’m really grateful that I ran across him. He’s not a worker who tries to get over on people who may not know how much a project may cost. I find him to be honest & sincere. My husband and I really like him. I highly recommend him for any handyman work you may need!!
