- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on your job needs I will quote a price. Unless there is a major change in the job needs, I honor what was quoted. And if the quote needs to be adjusted I discuss it before moving forward. More times than not once on the job site I can foresee potential issues and will let you know about them upfront. Although there is an hourly rate listed, I don't charge per hour. I price based on the job requirements
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk with the customer to clearly understand their expectations, go over pricing, and schedule a time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive spent years learning different skills. From plumbing, electrical painting and drywall.
