Steve with SCWC came out to diagnose my surround system issue in my family room for free. After realizing that my receiver was dead he suggested a couple of receivers that he could order for me or I could order myself. After I told him my new receiver delivery date he was very responsive to schedule the surround sound install. He was also able to clean up the look of the wires in my shelf, my new receiver sounds better then ever and I even have plans to hire Steve again for some more work in another room.
