Reached out multiple times last year to schedule my grass to get cut while I was out of town but Bryan would never get back to me about cutting my lawn. I was very disappointed.

I am giving 3 stars because I am trying to be generous. When I first spoke to this company, they were very responsive. I have sent about 6 messages, called the number and left voice messages. Not one response. However, they keep showing up (on their time) for the service. I have no idea how to pay them or how to reach them since they won't return my messages. This is my last attempt and I have asked them not to return if they cannot respond to messages.

After a brief phone/email conversation I will get the necessary information I need to get our pricing and then send it to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides 15+ years of experience in the industry I am a Commercial Applicator certified by the state of Virginia. I have completed the Turfgrass Short Course by the Virginia Turfgrass Council and regularly attend recertification courses and other classes in lawn and landscape.
