We had a great experience. We had major issues with the plumbing in our kitchen and they completely resolved our issue!Apr 24, 2018Verified
This was for an under sink reverse osmosis water filtration system and the installation of a new faucet for the water filter. I had a few contractors come over to give me an estimate, and some of them were even hinting that they didnt want to complete this project because there were other solutions within the market with easier installations etc. I ended up hiring James, because not only did he have experience with the work, but he also showed confidence in the product and being able to install it without issue. Overall, James did a fantastic job and his work was extremely clean, and he finished the job much faster than others told me it would take. I appreciated his hard work and precision.Apr 11, 2017VerifiedJames M.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Some jobs require an hourly rate while other jobs are a fixed rate. I am open to discussing pricing and working towards a rate that works for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My process starts with a phone call to determine what the issue is. From there, I make an appointment to meet with the customer to either look at, or start, the project. I am very adamant about making sure myself and the customer are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been grateful to have been given many opportunities to work and train with professionals since my teenage years. I have also worked in multiple trades to expand my knowledge and skill set in the construction industry. From building houses to learning carpentry, the hands on work has been invaluable in my career. Educational wise, I went to college to study Construction Management and have continued my studies by constantly reading books and articles on Construction Technology.
