We really love our beautiful pool and Spa from Icon Pools. Hanging out in our backyard with our friends and family is so peaceful and relaxing. Theres no reason to take a vacation elsewhere when you only need to step outside your backdoor into your own oasis.

This is a long review, so bottom line up-front: If youre looking to build/service a pool, go with Icon Custom Pools.We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Icon Custom Pools from start to finish. Building a pool is a significant undertaking and there are a lot of horror stories that you can find on the Internet. I havent experienced anything like that working with Icon. Every member of their team was professional, responsive, and truly a pleasure to work with.The business is family owned, and the owner, Tyler, has been in the pool business his entire life, learning from his father. Without a doubt, he has created a culture with his staff that ensures customers feel important and respected. Personally, I felt like family, and Im sure other customers feel the same way.My designer, Lee, was able to bring his years of experience in creating a pool that exceeded my expectations. Im not creative, so this was very important to me. I spoke to a few different pool builders, and no one gave me the attention like Lee did. To other pool builders, I was just a number. Lee helped me pick the shape, materials, colors, and everything that goes with it. He told me the positives and negatives of everything and helped me make the right choices. There was no pressure to sign the contract during the design, which was great. Finally, Lee educated me on everything from design, construction, and post-care. He also ensured that our design and ideas were materializing correctly during construction.My construction managers, Nate, Ryan, and Nathan, were equally fantastic. Always going above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and always doing the right thing. As with any construction project, issues can arise that can be solved the right way or the easy way. Nate, Ryan, and Nathan, always made sure that things were done the RIGHT way. Not once did I think that they were trying to take a short-cut. They were organized, communicative, and made sure we were never left wondering what was happening next. They always answered the phone when I called, and responded to my texts. Even in the cold days of winter, they came out to make sure there were no issues with the pool.On the operations side, Vicki and Ashley were incredibly helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. Friendly and professional whenever I needed them.For service, Jared is an amazing human being. The care and attention he put into servicing my pool was unparalleled. Genuinely a great guy and cant give him enough kudos. Tony, the service manager, is awesome as well. Taking the time to explain everything and answering all of my questions. All of Icons service reps were knowledgeable and friendly, and I did not have a bad experience with any of them.A special thanks to Tyler for building such a fantastic team. It's clear the culture of quality and customer care comes from the top. If you're considering a custom pool, look no further than Icon Custom Pools. Highly recommend!

We began working with Icon Custom Pools (formerly Blue Haven Pools) in July 2025, and the experience has been fantastic from day one. Our first meeting was with Carrie, who took the time to truly understand our vision and patiently walk us through every question we had. Just a few days later, she returned with a stunning design rendering and once again made sure we felt confident and informed before moving forward. We signed the contract shortly after, and the project was underway.Once construction began, we quickly learned that our yard is essentially built on a quarrythere was far more rock than anyone expected. Nate handled the challenge exceptionally well. He worked tirelessly to keep additional costs down and minimize any impact on the schedule, which we greatly appreciated.Throughout the process, Carrie has continued to guide us through design decisions like tile and color selections, while Nate has kept the build moving smoothly and efficiently. Their subcontractors have also been wonderfulprofessional, respectful, and a pleasure to have on-site, which is increasingly rare these days.Were now in the final stages of the build and couldnt be more excited. We cant wait to enjoy our beautiful new pool all season long.
