Introduction
CIR (Colonial Insurance Restoration) Exteriors was founded in 2021 as a new and separate company from Colonial Remodeling which started in 1996. Due to the increased need for an “insurance restoration,” company, CIR Exteriors, a specialty company, within the exterior remodeling industry was established. The effects of climate change have drastically altered our weather patterns. The rise in weather related events have led to an increase in the demand for homeowners to hire a company that specializes in the insurance recovery process. The need to perform emergency repairs, coordinate meetings, and to perform the subsequent repairs, are all now fulfilled by one company. The “CIR Exteriors” model combines decades of experience remodeling homes along with decades of experience working on insurance related repairs for homeowners with one goal in mind, quality workmanship.

I will definitely recommend CIR Exteriors if you plan to do any work in your home. Chas and his crew redid my entire roof, screened in porch, deck and gutters. He even got the insurance company to cover it for storm damage! Great work
