I had a great experience working with Walter. After explaining that my long outdoor stairs with a broken rail were both a safety concern and a liability, especially with my child using them, Walter came out the very same day to fix the issue. He worked meticulously and made sure both rails were sturdy and safe before he left. When I later followed up about a small chip on one of the rails, he returned within a week and went above and beyond by painting both rails.
