Cleve responded very quickly to my request to regrout and repair cracked tiles in the kitchen and a small bathroom. He was professional and easy to work with.
I did some DIY home repair and improvement work. However, I don't have experience in laying large tiles (24inch wide) flawlessly on the bathroom to be remodeled. I hired Cleve because I saw his work portfolio on internet. After seeing his tile work, I was glad that I fortunately hired him. He always pays attention to detail and will not stop working until he is satisfied with the result. Before hiring him, I interviewed a couple of contractors, Cleve not only presented the best solutions but also the best price. At last, the quality of his work surpassed my expectations.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the customers budget and the level of work that is required . After the first project is completed the customer will receive a 20 % discount on the next project. My prices are fair, reasonable and affordable in comparison to a class A or B contractor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest that a customer review my profile and ratings just to get an idea of my professionalism, craftmanship and relationship with my customers . And if need be my references.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My high level of of expertise in the construction field and home improvement comes from year of hands on experience .
